Every effort has been made
to provide as much information about a particular product such as
description, part number, etc. However, we can not guarantee the
accuracy of every part to work for your particular application.
Any errors in descriptions, photography, price, or typographical errors
are subject to correction. As
the end user, you should verify that the part you are ordering is
exactly what you are looking for. You must be 19 years or older in
age to order from this site. NOTICE: We can not describe in long
detail every part. Our rebuild kits are a starting point to
rebuilding a transmission. Always, expect to find other hard parts
that will need to be replaced during the rebuild.
Payments/Credit Card
Processing:
Murphy's Automotive
accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American
Express & Discover via the services of Paypal. All orders are
fully encrypted for your protection. We will also accept
pre-payment for your order via Cashier's check or money order. We
also except Western Union as a payment method. In an effort to
control our expenses we do not offer open accounts or accept checks.
We ship all over the world and trying to collect form slow paying
customers or collect on NSF checks, is expensive and timely.
Shipping:
Every effort is made to
ship your product on the same day that you place the order. Once
your order is placed online, you will receive an order confirmation via
the email address that you provided during checkout. At the time
of checkout, our cart system will give you the option of UPS or USPS and
provide you with a shipping cost based on your destination and the
method of shipping that you selected. International Orders, please
use this form so that we may assist you in shipping before placing your
order. We also ship International by BAX GLOBAL, this is the best
way to ship the larger orders, (contact us of shipping charge).
Sales Tax:
If you are placing your
order from the State of Alabama, sales tax will be added to your order.
If you are a tax-exempt business, we must have a copy of your tax-exempt
status form.
Returns:
All unused/unopened
parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges
will not be refunded. You must contact us to get a RMA# before
returning your product. Technical Videos, DVD's, CD's, Electrical Products,
Tools & Manuals are non-returnable items (we will exchange damaged
videos, DVD's and CD's). All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee and handling fee.
Sorry, No returns, No
credit after 30 days! Always read the description on sealed kits
to verify proper application before opening.
Limited Warranty:
All new parts listed on
this web site are warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 30 days or 4,000 miles from the date of
purchase, whichever comes first. There is "NO" Warranty or returns
on Electrical products. Our limited obligation under this warranty
is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any
part found to be defective. This is the only warranties that
MURPHY'S AUTOMOTIVE is offering. Any parts that are covered under
any manufactures extended warranties or limited warranties, if any, are
to be handled through the manufacturer only.
What is "NOT" covered
under our Limited Warranty:
Any charges for removal or
installation of parts, damage due to accident, misuse, or alteration,
damage due to lack of maintenance, damage due to improper installation,
electrical products such as switches and solenoids that have been tested
by the manufacture, any OEM parts that have been tested by the
manufacturer.
Our Limited Warranty applies
only to our customers.
If you have a problem with
one of our parts, contact us by e-mail, or phone. Let us know the
nature of the problem, the part number, and the date of purchase.
We will give you a RGA # and have you return the part to us. We
will repair or replace any defective part, but we reserve the right to
see the part to determine if it is truly a defective item. We will
send a replacement part to you when we receive the problem part at no
charge. If we ship a replacement part before receiving the problem
part you will be charged for the part and when we receive the problem
part we will credit your account/credit card/PayPal, in the amount you
where originally charged for the replacement part. MURPHY'S AUTOMOTIVE
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any part or
crediting the original purchase price of any part that is found to be
defective. This is our only warranty.
We have tried to make sure
that all information on this site is up todate and accurate. This
site has been constructed from many different sources of material.
We can not assume responsibility for errors in the information.
All of these parts are replacement parts only. There is no intent
to represent any part as from the original equipment manufacturer.
If the parts is a Dealer item, it will be marked as such. We sell
to anyone over 19 years of age, but we recommend that these parts be
installed by a professional , with the proper tools.
For International
Customers, the PayPal payment system is best for us with the money
